As far as I know bugs #1411 and #1432 are delaying the 1.1 release.

Unless we can vote to release anyway, these bugs are show stoppers delaying
the release of our next stable version.
As a side note, I plan to create an interim RC11 build for the purposes of
testing the new Gig player on Windows as well as get our first
Ubuntu-14.04-built Windows builds out in the wild before switching Travis
over (Windows builds were previously made with Ubuntu-12.04). I'll send
out a link to the RC11 build when ready.
In the mean time, if we can get enough attention on these two bugs, we can
release 1.1 and move onto more fixes and features for 1.2. :)
