I hate you, not. I don't think windows should "always-stay-open" by default,
the OS (Windows) doesn't do it. As you demonstrate in your video when you
click on the instrument plugin track name in the Song Editor the user most
likely want to view the instrument plugin window more than closing it, so
you could propose a behavior where the instrument plugin window is brought
to the foreground when it is covered by another window, and only closed (by
clicking on the instrument plugin track name) when no other window is
covering it.
