The only condition is that you use LMMS to produce your track. You can use
external plugins and samples, and it doesn't matter how they are licensed.
You can also use some other software (such as ardour, audacity, reaper,
bitwig) to do post mixing/mastering on your song.

Either way is fine, if you get into the album, you'll need to agree on
putting your track up on bandcamp. The album will be available for free
(pay what you want) and all recieved funds will be donated to LMMS.
