This is most likely a bug. I've seen it before (exact symptom, where it
resets to 140) and it usually embeds itself into just that project.
Someone comfortable with looking at the XML MMPZ file should be able to
help debug this.
If it's a large project, I guess it will need to be fixed manually. If
it's a small project, I would recommend starting over and seeing if you can
reproduce it (I bet it will go away).
A good start is to upload the MMPZ to the sharing platform and some of us
can look for the problem.
