Sorry, but for now, there's no package for 0.4.13. However, there is an
ubuntu-based OS called KXStudio that has the latest build in it's
repositories. What you can do is add the KXStudio repo(
http://ppa.launchpad.net/kxstudio-team/ppa/ubuntu precise) and install it
from there. Or, you could build it yourself from source.
