We have to discuss what level of administration people are allowed to

I think everyone should have to prove they have no interest in damaging the
site before they get manager access. (Manager means access for
adding/removing other managers). A content creator could also ruin pretty
much the whole site, so perhaps the moderator access is what fits most
admins needs? (Moderators can delete/answer comments as the page). Perhaps
we should look at each candidate individually and give access after what
kind of work they intend to do?
