If you're on Windows, then it would be called "Command Prompt" but it
sounds like you're probably on Linux.

open a terminal:
hit your "windows" key
type: terminal
click on the "Terminal" icon
then just follow his instructions from there.

I am having a problem with Lmms it glitches after a certain
time period of me using it and editing music I've watched this
