Another thing to consider is how easy or hard it is to get the LSP over.
I've spent a considerable amount of time evaluating Sharepoint,
DotNetNuke, Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress.
The first two are out by default for fairly obvious reasons.
Although Wordpress was the easiest to setup and use, it was hands down the
worst to customize in terms of custom php code.
Joomla's administrative interface performed very slow and was confusing to
navigate.
Wordpress is a blogging platform first and foremost, so if that's what the
site needs, I understand the leverage, but I would advise against it, if my
vote counts.
