not correct by design; i might have forgotten to add the menu entry

correct if you look at a single drum track.
you must create multiple drum tracks in order to do multi-channel.
HOWEVER, you cann edit all these drum tracks conveniently in ONE single
drum editor. so this is not a real problem.

i dunno. i might or might not have added this some time ago.
the algorithm for this would be:
1. change all notes from the old and new a-note, swap their a-notes
2. swap the drum list settings for both drumlist entries
3. manipulate the "drumlist-ordering" data structure, swap positions

this will look like  simply changing the a-note to the user, though in
fact it does similar magic as changing e-note in the old-style drum
tracks (possibly even more magic!)
