Seeing as 90% of the time I'm recording a mono track with a single mic it is wasteful in both disk and screen space to use stereo and there should be no need to have to change your audio tracks into mono after creation most of the time. I am proposing 'Add wave track' be replaced with 'Add Mono track' and 'Add stereo track' (if you want to save on space) OR 'Add mono audio track' and 'Add stereo audio track' because every other DAW refers to them as audio tracks, not wave tracks. Wave isn't wrong but using the standard terms is helpful to new users and those coming from other DAWs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=604225&aid=3565096&group_id=93414 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
