Summary: FLAC import

Initial Comment:
flac files are popular enough to be called mainstream, they're FOSS-friendly
lossless goodness and I was surprised muse 2 can't import them already.

Message:
Done. FLAC importing added to SVN trunk.

Warning: OGG and FLAC files can make MusE sluggish,
especially when moving the cursor or jumping.
The reason is libsoundfile then takes more time to retrieve the data.
So watch out for too many OGG and FLAC files, or use a fast machine.

Try it out. Thanks for using MusE.
Tim.
