Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: None Group: None >Status: Closed Resolution: Fixed Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Daniel MacDonald (danboid) Assigned to: Robert Jonsson (spamatica) Summary: missing recording and build doc info Initial Comment: The first and most notable bit of documentation (or a video) I noticed muse was missing was a short guide on how to record audio to a wave track. This could be why I've not been able to get recording to work yet? Secondly, I have just built svn but it wouldn't build with python support even though I have the dev packages for both python 2.7 and 3 installed. Could you please update the README to mention what packages are required to build muse with python support? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Robert Jonsson (spamatica) Date: 2012-09-16 04:58 Message: Hi, I've added a few lines to the README about python. Basically it's not recommended to try an enable this. The features affected are highly experimental. If you don't mind I'll close this ticket. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Daniel MacDonald (danboid) Date: 2012-09-09 13:26 Message: Thanks for updating the docs but what are the deps for building muse with python support? Could you please add this to the README? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Robert Jonsson (spamatica) Date: 2012-09-09 09:21 Message: Added a first version of a Audio recording guide to the new manual in svn.
