First you need the python devel package installed, not sure what it is
called under Suse.
Secondly I think you need these switches
cmake -DENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL=ON -DENABLE_PYTHON=ON ..
As mentioned before it may not compile but I think that was what you was
interested in fixing :)
