haha, i haven't used it as you can now tell ..I like this very much tho.

If i can make a suggestion, could you put this "automation" trim pot in 
the track info pane of each track? It seems to me that is where it would 
be most useful. You can adjust the trim whilst observing the variations 
in the automation graphical display.

A trim pot in the mixer could then be used as a real "input channel" 
trim for each channel strip.
