Summary: line draw tool for mastertrack editor
Initial Comment:
One of the main attractions of MusE for me is, or will be, its graphical tempo
('Mastertrack') editor as I plan to make regular use of this ability which is
sadly missing from the other popular Linux DAWs.
The problem with using this feature currently is that MusE only appears to let
you draw your tempo maps freehand with the pencil tool. If you're trying to do
a gradual increase or decrease in tempo over 16/24 bars or more then its tricky
to draw a remotely straight line inbetween the two desired tempos so it would
be very useful to have a line draw tool in the GUI Mastertrack editor just like
the one featured in the piano roll editor.
