Snapshot? Or tell me what desktop you're using. We've had some real weird issues with some of them lately but fixed a lot too. Should be a full toolbar there like other editors... Try right-clicking on any gray menu-space near the top (if there is any) and perhaps all the toolbars are turned off, so turn them all on? All our toolbars are like that, they allow to be hidden or shown.
