Summary: support left-right scrolling hovering over windows

Initial Comment:
I can use the trackpad to left-right scroll when hoving over the left-right
scroll bar, but this ought to work when just hoving over the main section of
the window.

Thanks, that's good to know, but isn't a full fix. KDE has an option for
multi-touch trackpads (common these days) so that there is also a lef-right
mouse-wheel emulation in addition to up-down. It is simply a setting in the
preferences called "horizontal scrolling." It is a different signal sent
from the system. Most programs understand it. Muse should respect it and
treat it the same as the shift-scrolling.

Message:
Hi Aaron,

As I understand, you are trying to scroll with mouse-wheel emulation,
right?
This is mapped to scrolling up and down
For left, right scrolling try holding shift when scrolling
Hold alt to zoom instead.
