I trashed the old wave editor and replaced it with this version to be
much more consistent with the classes and ideas in the piano roll.
The old wave editor was very 'self contained' and did not
allow for adding or manipulating the wave events.
The new WaveCanvas inherits from Canvas, whereas the old
 WaveView did not.
This new way at least we can move events around and so on.

The new wave editor was a first step.
Obviously more needs to be added to it.

What is missing, of course, is a way to ASSIGN and REMOVE waves
from these events, and some other goodies like exact position
and time toolbars, just like the piano roll.

Similar for the wave and midi parts in the arranger - we need
position/time toolbars so we can exactly adjust parts.

Tim.
