which ways of synchronizing to external devices do exist, and which must be
supported by muse?
1. only transmit seek position
2. transmit running pos, like MTC/SMTPE
3. transmit midi tempo, like MIDI Clock
that are those that i know about. Which of them must muse support as a slave?
Must muse adapt to an externally given tempo? Or may i assume that the internal
clock and tempo map are accurate?
Not assuming this might massively complicate playback, because we must "chase"
the external tempo :/, instead of being able to look into the future.
Please tell me ;)
(Note that this is a fundamental design decision which cannot be reversed
easily)
