Hi, Robert!
Hi Andrew,
Here are a few ttl files. Though I'm not sure it's really visible
which version it is...
Unfortunately I started collecting lv2 plugins in a folder without
really keeping track of where they came from..
Yes, there is no version, but now I know that they are using gtk2 uis
and it seams that you have experimental features turned on, as
inv_delay is missing from official calf package.
I have a one more small request - can you now send me all calf.lv2
folder with all binary plugins? I'll try to catch error using your
version of these.
I want to solve this problem till weekdays as you can be very busy next
week and can't test things until next weekend :).
Thanks!
Regards,
Andrew
I tried catching a backtrace seems somebody has walked all over the
stack though, it's empty! O.o
I'll keep researching later.
Thanks,
Robert

Hi, Robert!
First of all, to more quickly solve all problems it will be good
if you post stack traces of those crash cases on gui closing.
And one more thing - can you send me *.ttl files from calf.lv2
folder? I want to check what version you are using.
And I'm starting to check your cases now. More comments will be
later :)
Big thanks for testing!
P.S. testsong is nice, I like soft rhythms :)
Regards,
Andrew
Hi Andrew and others,
I've done some more testing with LV2, created a very repetetive
test song testing, I'm not much of a keyboard player :P
LV2 synths, effects
automation,
presets
guis
tempo
I do have major issues with the guis which needs figuring out.
It could be my system though.. if you can't reproduce this I will
try to build with debug and create a coredump.
Also the checkboxes for the guis, as I reported before, is very
unpredictable for both synths and effects.
Some individual notes:
- closing a gui (drumkv1) that has the "checkbox" does not clear
the checkbox
- Calf Flanger in Effect Rack does not set checkbox
- Removing a track with a LV2 plugin (Calf Flanger) on does not
close the gui for the plugin.
- When closing the gui, MusE crashed, might have happened
regardless of removing track.
- Calf MultiChorus closing gui crashes muse
- Invada Delay Munge, closing gui crashes muse
- Closing Dexed gui does not uncheck the gui checkbox.
I tried downmixing with freewheeling with very bad results. It
needs to be said though that I haven't successfully used
freewheeling in MusE for a very long time. Problems are probably
not due to LV2.
Issues are kind of interesting though, it worked better than
usually but the wca containing wave peaks was corrupt:

And the resulting wav ended too soon when, visible when I
recreated the wca:

Avoiding the pitfalls with the gui's it worked very good :)
Here's the marvellous testsong by the way ;)

Robert
