First of all thanks for adding check to lv2 wrapper deactivate
method :). It was one of those bugs that are hard to catch (In my case
there were not any crashes on this method).
I also want to suggest renaming 'LV2' submenu to 'LV2 Synth' when adding
a synth track. Now 'LV2 Effect' can be thought as a subset of 'LV2'
submenu, but 'LV2' contains only synths.
