Hi All!

Just made subject. All changes were fast-forwarded without any
conflict.

Now to build MusE from master, Qt5 is needed instead of Qt4. Qt 5.1 is
the minimum version (as only since 5.1 qt supports external windows
embedding). I've checked - even conservative ubuntu already includes Qt 5.2.

For ubuntu qt5 packages can be installed via:
apt-get install qt5-default qttools5-dev qttools5-dev-tools.

Now all lv2 dependences are included in muse's source (lv2Support
folder), so there is no need to install them. But it's not necessary to
remove system's lv2 packages - they will not conflict with muse's ones.

Build should be done in a clean build folder.

Happy testing! :)

Andrew
