It's my first experience with drawing, so any criticism is appreciated :).
About meters: I'll remove led's view, but I think that something should 
be done with gradient colors - I changed them a little, but anyway it's 
not as I wanted them to be. These colors are somewhat dark and 
non-consistent, we can make them much nicer.
About knobs: Ok, I'll try to redraw them (again and again, I think :) ).
the surrounding coloring is an arc, drawed with gradient from background 
color to button's face color, and yes, it depends on current value and 
center value. Center values are equal to min values for volume, gain 
etc, and equals to (max-min)/2 for pan, so gradient starts at center value.
