Qtractor was it built with Qt5? Qt5 in itself allocates (or seems to
allocate) a lot of data.

Yeah, I doubt this will be a priority issue unless we actually start
allocating more than is available, though maybe some reality checks are in
order so we don't allocate unnecessary stuff.
