Formal change list:
*Please note the new GTK2 requirement below (just two packages):

It will still build, just without Gtk2 support.
Watch your cmake output for this:
"The following components will be built:"
        LV2 Gtk2 support

And regarding the built-in LV2 support, watch your
cmake output for either of these two:

"Linking system LV2 support libraries (lv2, lilv, sord etc.)"
 or
"Building and linking internal LV2 support libraries (lv2, lilv, sord etc.)"

Tim.

ChangeLog:

- Updated lv2Support tree to latest versions.
Instructions on how to do future upgrades added to lv2Support/ChangeLog.

- Added new cmake option 'ENABLE_LV2_SUPPLIED', to use supplied vs. system
lv2 support libraries (lv2, lilv, serd, sord, sratom etc). Default off.

 - Removed pre-built lv2Gtk2Helper libraries and folder.
Replaced with lv2Gtk2Support folder, always built by cmake.

** Thus, GTK2 dev packages gtkmm-2, gtk+-2 are now
REQUIRED for LV2 Gtk2 UI support.

- Fix compile stoppage warning if using Jack-1. The very old 'case 4: hack'
   in processSync and JackAudioDevice::getState().

- Suppress unwanted Jack info terminal output.

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
