Initial -very basic- pulse audio support also checked in now.
I wanted to get it off my drive, if all you want is stereo sound out at
44100 it might be usable. if I just got the conditionals right it should
have minimal impact on normal behaviour.
Requires rtaudio dev package installed (reminds me this dependency should
also be added to the readme).
enable the support like this:
muse3 -t
