Hi! I'm trying to get MusE to compile on my Ubuntu 17.10 (but upgraded,
and probably crufty) machine.

The big issue seems to be

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:554 (file):
  file COPY cannot find "/home/danlyke/code/vendor/muse/muse3/all.h".

I suspect that I glossed over the READMEs and am missing something, but
'git grep all.h README*' isn't giving me anything useful.

Also, I'm seeing:

-- Checking for module 'lilv-0>=0.22.0'
--   No package 'lilv-0' found

but
$ sudo dpkg --list | grep lilv
ii liblilv-0-0 0.24.2~dfsg0-1 amd64 library for simple use of LV2
plugins

So the system thinks I've got 0.24.2

And, I'm also seeing:

** WARNING: lash (>= 0.2) was enabled, but development files were not
found.
** HINT: Don't have LASH? Try installing the LADISH LASH compatibility
package instead.

I don't see lash or ladish packages in the Ubuntu repos. Should I build
these from source? Should I bother?

Thanks!

Dan
