Hello list, Robert.
Still here.

Robert sorry for late reply, if you wanted to
put out a release that's fine right now.
Better often than not, I suppose.

I know there are some bugs - the mouse wheel stopped
working in the arranger, some touch ups and so on.

However right now I'm deep into something and normally
I would take a break and take care of some of this
seemingly more trivial stuff, but I don't want to be
inadvertently sidetracked on a big tangent once again
at the moment. Life is busy enough right now.

I don't want to jinx the outcome by claiming too much
but I'm doing a serious full-blown attempt at complete
 comprehensive latency correction and compensation,
not just the 'kludgey' thing I came up with before
which only corrects the recorded latency from
audio inputs connected directly to wave tracks.

Some interesting engineering and a quantum leap in
understanding and implementation that I hope holds.

The 'kludgey' solution has already been replaced by
the newer solution. I am now aiming beyond that!

Thanks and cheers everyone. Hope you're enjoying spring.
Normally these days I feel better to post my typical
excited 'announcements' on the new forum so folks can
see what I'm up to. But I need to wait until this
 latency stuff makes sense.

Tim.
