After applying Santosh's latest timer patch set, odp_timer_ping is working on
X-Gene.
I will mark this bug as Resolved/Closed once the patches are Acked by the
Maintainers.

Also set appropriate timer resolution. w/o this error check odp ping
application will segfault.
