IMO, less of architectural but more of api centric to start with. Problem could
be split in two parts: first need to pass right parameter to dpdk_init example
coremask, second to investigate why rte_lcore_xx unable to spawn coremask count
threads. Second one is odp-dpdk port specific problem.
