*** Add doc to odp_crypto.h ***
This patch adds additional doxygen to odp_crypto.h. Specifically:
- Add [in], [out], and [in,out] to all parameters
- Add intro descriptive text from ODP Crypto Design Doc
- Add a new image (syncmodels) to doc/images for use by doxygen
