We should do this as part of an overall restructure of the include hierarchy. However I should point out that since ODP is a framework that may be used in conjunction with other packages, the odp_ prefix is a handy disambiguation, since otherwise we're using a lot of common terms (buffer, packet, timer, queue, etc.) that might exist in existing applications or other packages they're using. So I'd vote to keep the odp_ prefix for that reason.
