v2 - Merge with crypto "session_destroy" implementation patch
and crypto cleanup patch that removes the creation of
the completion event pool.
v1 - Adds infrastructure to cunit common to allow for test
cleanup, add crypto implementation and fix missing
packet free in sync API tests. Patch does not require
the "term" patch to build/run but does require it to
demonstrate clean run of crypto validation test.
