The first patch is the proper fix, but the second patch is pretty much a
workaround for linux-generic to make sure that queues are destroyed. This
doesn't look portable, the documentation doesn't mention this being necessary.
In my opinion the linux-generic implementation should free the remaining queues
marked as destroyed internally.
