The schedule test cannot be simply solved because of an apparently
linux-generic specific problem where schedulable queues might not be freed
immediately until the scheduler is made aware they are empty. For this it's
necessary for the moment to call odp_schedule a few times until all remaining
queues are processed and marked as free.
