ODP v1.0 has an initial set of APIs to support packet classification on RX. See http://docs.opendataplane.org/linux-generic-doxygen-html/group__odp__classification.html for details.
We are currently working on corresponding TX capabilities for packet shaping. These are currently being developed internal to LNG and will be surfaced to the open mailing list once they firm up a bit.
