Yes, we need to do a local trail of all of this before making a switch.

Docker is important for those who want to confirm their patch will not be
immediately rejected by gerrit using the exact same environment and the
check-odp scripts, but most people are managing their own environment
currently and I assume running the scripts so we can still roll in parallel
I think.
All of this needs a clear write up on the webpage since this will change
substantially how patches are accepted before switching or I think there
will be  confusion, actually I think we have needed that for a while.

So need to have an internal trial to find the kinks and Maxim did push some
things via gerrit today which has kicked that trial off.
