I had a quick look at this and it's not just a matter of adding the missing
calls. The odp_term_ functions report errors if things haven't been cleaned up
properly before calling them, for example if there are some queues that haven't
been destroyed or some buffers that haven't been freed... and it seems the
examples don't do a good job of tidying up after themselves and in some cases
don't retain handles, so this needs to be fixed at the same time.
