It does not apply anymore since test suite function are not static anymore.

Because ODP_CONFIG_SEG_LEN_MIN is now respected, there is no clean way to
force segmentation on jumbo frame.
The first test suite is unsegmented and set seg_len = len.
The second sets seg_len at 0 to maximize fragmentation.
Platform that do not support fragmentation should pass theses tests
successfully as in their case SEG_LEN_MIN is the maximum packet size.
