-- This patch addresses critical bugs blocking the release of ODP v1.3 and resolves Bug https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1790 With this patch applied, all scheduler tests now pass reliably and the MASTER branch can be tagged ODP v1.3.
