The current implementation of
platform/linux-generic/include/odp/rwlock_recursive.h references
odp_config_internal.h, which is not part of the generated include lib for ODP
make install output. This means that attempts to compile stand alone ODP apps
against an installed copy of ODP fail because this file cannot be resolved.
make distcheck should catch this error, but it does not.
