It build cleanly with ‘make’ and ‘make check’, but ‘make distcheck’ adds
cast-qual warning level which catches the cast. The build system should be
fixed to have same warning levels for all build targets!
Cast is needed due to odp_queue_create() API definition. Additional cast to
uintptr_t fixes this casting issue (in v4). It’s a topic for another patch set
if all ODP APIs (including queue_create) should use const pointers.
