The example example/timer/odp_timer_test.c is written and named as if it is a
test and it does not lead a reader though a simple use case for a timer.
Expected an example that highlights how a timer operates and what can be
configured to modify its behaviour. This example could additionally be used in
the user-guide with callouts in the example being reference in that guide.
