I think REMOVE_DKIM_HEADERS could be set to no.
It was added some time ago when I raised the issue of our mail ending up in 
junk but at the time, the mailing list was adding a footer to email which broke 
the DKIM authentication.
Now that it does not, I think it is safe to keep the DKIM headers?

I talked to our admins. The issue is that we use Zimbra and don't have any 
control on DKIM apart from on or off.
