Run ./test/common_plat/validation/api/scheduler/scheduler_main arm64 variant
under qemu on x86 with 8 arm cpus takes:
Elapsed time = 21594.914 second
Test itself passed but it needs adjusted to run on slow machines for some
acceptable time.
