Agree partly.
Two remarks:
a. Shouldn't the style guide guide us during our work?
b. Moving data from one column to another _can_ affect formatting with (for now) unknown consequences. So we have to be careful.

AD a. if we don't have much time, and the style guide is not there, we shall of course do without.

- If so, what has to go in which column?
- If not, what else can we expect and how should we handle it?

Well, I don't think it is necessary to stop reviewing and making comments, for it has to be done anyway, and their replies will not make much difference for the kind of comments we make. Moving comments to a different column afterwards is little effort.
