Hi all, I know some of you have expressed frustrations about not being approved yet and many have been unsure about how exactly to get approved. As I said to a number of you, I have been hoping to get this clarified and straightened out ASAP. Well, today I set aside some time to work on this.

I have tried to cover all the details, but if there are any questions, do reply to this thread and we can get any quirks ironed out.
