I realized that whenever I confirmed a new membership for my team, launchpad send me the same email twice, as example this message was sent twice:
------------------ Hello, The status of Kinson membership on team "malaysianteam" (Malaysian Team) - Hide quoted text - was changed from Proposed to Approved. The change was made by Zarul Shahrin and no comment was given for the change ------------------ This is the second time though, anyone got the same thing? Or perhaps some modification on launchpad created this bug? I have no idea...
