Hi Jocelyn.

I think you can ask for as much dapper cds as you want. Just if they are
a lot, you should give a reason of why you want so much.

For edgy cds, you should pay for them. But all the approved loco teams
have right to a big cds package for free. But if you aren't still and
approved team...
