Ahh. But we can optimize the time to maximize the turnout. Looking at population densities given this projection in 2003: http://antwrp.gsfc.nasa.gov/apod/image/0303/peopleearth94_usda_big.gif and this timezone map: http://www.time.gov/images/worldzones.gif we could set the UTC time to, say, 13:00 This means that the earliest someone would be attending the meeting would be 05:00 local time, and the latest they would be attending the meeting is 23:00 local time. The rest of the time zones fall into the oceans, or sparse population densities. Of course, this isn't taking into account work / school / personal schedules. And, of course, the one conducting the meeting would need to do it in a time frame convenient for him. Just a thought. - -- +--------------------------------------------------------------+ |Aaron Toponce _ Join the ASCII Ribbon Campaign | |OALUG President ( ) http://www.asciiribbon.org | |http://www.aarontoponce.org X Against HTML e-mail | |http://www.oalug.com / \ Against proprietary attachments| +--------------------------------------------------------------+ -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iQEVAwUBRcNnG855Ebf8BAiPAQoq+wgAsNCSPg3RkprVlwo1YbtZYKr9y37eonn3 GXTI6WHCBcbcqJyh4t7atPlDBMapkjcI58SDIcNckI1/dQj65w23yodwzVB7dkHe 5vUrxTaNnTYfaT98+umsjlAkK27/5fMBGvBCZDXtW77hEh1srdixBBOdluc2Gvwn NosChuhcVqq91YlYci0PmBtlQVBpgSKMf55zOtFSQR+HjtlAHdf5d/jGuH7YI1lI LCHzr/7VrQZy22qv6c/Q+NzmcFpZQmFJ+QK9seQf1H1lfdYs87fuwHehmkFdfJen FW6LjkN8KA496gVgQcseyQWQ3v5T56SJQcqtxDj/CP+HqYGXokr3mQ== =JNT1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- loco-contacts mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/loco-contacts
